Do you have a physical store?

Yes, our showroom is located at Jalan Darmawangsa VI No. 51-52, Kec. Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. We operate on daily basis from 10.00 WIB to 19.00 WIB every day (closed on Wednesday). There is no appointment required so feel free to drop by anytime!

Is it possible to shop directly at your physical store?

Yes, of course.

Kindly note that all items are sold on a first-come first-served basis, hence your desired item may be reserved/sold to a competing offer before your visit.

We also appreciate your understanding that viewing time may be limited during peak hours at our showroom to ensure that subsequent customers have the opportunity to view items as well.

Are the prices listed on EcoRing Indonesia's website negotiable?

No, all prices listed on our shop page is final unless stated otherwise.

Can you reserve an item for me?

Yes, a 10% non-refundable deposit of the purchase price is required for us to reserve an item for you. Upon the reservation of your item, please take note of the following:

Payment of 90% balance – Within 1 week from date of deposit payment
Item collection – Within 2 weeks from date of deposit payment
Failure to comply with the above timeline will result in the forfeiture of your payment made.

Should you be unable to collect your item in person, please notify our Sales Team and we can make arrangements for a delivery.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, certainly. Please note that the 10% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation. However, you do have the option to transfer the deposit for another item within 2 weeks of the deposit payment.

It’s important to be aware that all withdrawal requests are recorded in our database, and repeated cancellations will result in the deprioritization of offers made in the future.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We currently only accept cash and bank transfer payments. We will announce other payment methods as they become available.

Do you offer delivery for my purchases?

We provide local deliveries within Indonesia. Please note that a distance-based fee applies.

Can I exchange or request for a refund for my purchase?

No, we regret to inform you that any exchange / refund requests for items sold will not be entertained.
